- Assists newcomers in finding rental housing and understanding Ontario's housing system.
- Housing Applications
- Helps clients complete applications for subsidized and affordable housing.
- Settlement Support
- Provides one-on-one housing information, tenant education, and referrals to community housing providers.
- Advocacy & Referrals
- Connects clients with emergency housing, legal resources, financial assistance, and other community supports when needed.
- Senior Settlement Support
- Information and referrals for newcomer seniors.
- Community Programs
- Workshops, wellness activities, and social engagement opportunities.
- Benefits Navigation
- Assistance accessing government benefits, healthcare, and community resources.

- Permanent residents, protected persons and live-in caregivers

Services are offered in Tamil, English, French, Arabic, Azerbaijani (Azeri), Dari, Farsi, Hindi, Pashto, Russian, Sinhala, Turkish, and Urdu.
